Registration

On-line registration is available here, with secure credit card processing or wire transfer.

The registration process works in two steps. First, you will be asked to provide all required information for registration, including the payment method. As a result a you will receive an email confirming your registration. This email will state that in a period of, at most, five working days you will receive a second email providing a link to carry out with the payment of the conference fees. The use of this link constitutes the second step of the registration process.

All accepted submissions MUST have at least one author registered in the conference. Contributions not meeting this requirement will not be included in the final conference proceedings (including digital libraries).

For the sake of avoiding logistic problems, we will be thankful if all registrations are carried out before the week of the conference. Although not desired, on-site registration will be exceptionally also possible.

NOTE: All registration fees are in Euros (€).

EDCC Conference Registration in all categories, including student registration, includes attendance at all EDCC sessions and all Workshops, main proceedings, supplemental volume, welcome reception, breaks, lunches, excursion and banquet.

Single Workshop Registration includes the single workshop of your choice, breaks, lunch on the day of workshops, and the supplemental volume (which includes workshop proceedings).

Extra Proceedings can be can be purchased at the time of registration or on site, when participants check in, for 40€ (main proceedings) or 30€ (supplemental volume, including workshop, fast abstract and  ).

Accompanying persons are encouraged and welcome at the excursion and the banquet. Extra tickets can be purchased at the time of registration or on site, when participants check in. The Social Program and the Venue page will be available soon.

Students are required to provide proof of full-time student status at the time of registration.

Cancellations are subject to a 100€ processing fee and must be received by April 11, 2010. No reimbursement will be granted after this date. Registrations may be transferred to another individual up to April 25, 2010 for a 100€ processing fee.

Extra excursion and banquet tickets can be purchased at the time of registration or on site, when participants check in. Their prices are 85€ per ticket, 70€ in case of students.
