Today, my research activities concern mainly resource management and video-streaming in wireless networks:
– Self-organizing/optimization mechanisms of 5G networks
– Routing algorithms for (vehicular) Ad-Hoc networks
– Admission control, rate adaptation, network scheduling, network selection in (heterogeneous) wireless networks
I’ve been working for years in the area of conformance and interoperability testing of communication protocols
– Formal specification and verification of communication protocols
– Automatic test generation, executable test suites derivation and test execution logs and results analysis
– Formal and distributed approaches for testing, Passive remote online testing
– Organization interoperability sessions/events
