Diane LEBLANC-ALBAREL
Since October 2020, I have been a PhD student under the supervision of Gildas Avoine in the SPICY team at IRISA in Rennes.
My research focuses mainly on Rainbow tables and passwords attack. My previous and current works aim to:
- Accelerate the rainbow tables precomputation phase
- Propose new versions of rainbow tables algorithm representing better attack-precomputation tradeoff with all other parameters equal
- Establish what it is possible to do today with TMTO attack on CPU as on GPU
- Attack and randomness of passwords manager tools
- Using Rainbow tables to attack communication ciphers
I am also particulary intersted by:
- Private Set Intersection
- Privacy-preserving protocols
Before starting my PHD, I graduated in Mathematical Engineering from INSA Rouen Normandie as well as a Master 2 in Information Systems Security from the University of Rouen Normandie.
