At the crossroad of art, culture and science, the EvoluSon project proposes an immersive experience in virtual reality where the spectator explores an interactive visual and musical representation of the main periods of the history of Western music. It is a result of collaboration between the Hybrid team of the computer science research laboratory IRISA and the research team “Arts : pratiques et poétiques” of University of Rennes 2 on music and arts.
