Nicolas Veyrat-Charvillon was born in Annecy, France in 1981. He graduated in Fundamental Computer science and received his PhD degree from the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon respectively in June 2004 and June 2007. From 2007 to 2013, he was a post-doctoral researcher for the UCL Crypto Group in Belgium. He is now a teaching assistant (ATER) for the ENSSAT graduate engineering school in Lannion (Université de Rennes 1), within the Cairn research team (IRISA laboratory).
